Seeking an experienced Bilinugal Apartment Community Property Manager for a professionally managed apartment community focused on resident satisfaction, high service standards, and strong occupancy. Were seeking an organized, serviceoriented team member to support property operations, leasing, and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee budgets, financial reporting, leasing, advertising, pricing, and physical operations
  • Maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) through cost control and revenue enhancement strategies
  • Direct rental activity, rent collections, and ensure compliance with landlord/tenant laws
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives while maintaining strong knowledge of the local market
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards
  • Oversee maintenance operations and assist with emergencies as needed
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable
  • Set clear performance expectations and foster a high-performing team culture
  • Communicate effectively with ownership and the Regional Director

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
  • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently, lead a small team, and remain professional under pressure
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or real estate/multifamily certification preferred
