Your base salary will range from $40,000 - $60,000 with bonus opportunities on top.
Part time will ideally be 20 - 30 hours per week, preferably mornings.

Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist the Commercial Insurance team with clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients over phone and email, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and organize insurance documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for new and existing policies.
- Data Entry: Input client information and insurance details into the system, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas where administrative processes can be enhanced for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for client interactions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Acute attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documents and data entries.
- Tech Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with insurance software
