Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant - Credit Department (B2B)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our Credit team in a fast-paced B2B environment. If you enjoy working with data, communicating with customers, and keeping things organized, this could be a great opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to customers to collect information and follow up on accounts
Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
Accurately enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and CRM systems
Support the Credit Manager with administrative and reporting tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related items

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Excel and CRM systems
Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Prior experience in a B2B, credit, or administrative role is a plus
