    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant (MUST be bilingual in English/Portuguese) to support executive leadership and provide day-to-day administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable managing a variety of office and scheduling tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    The position plays an important role in keeping the executive office running smoothly through coordination, communication, and general administrative support.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate daily appointments for executive leadership
    • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
    • Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling and basic preparation of materials
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and general correspondence as needed
    • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
    • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
    • Assist with expense tracking and basic administrative reporting
    • Serve as a point of contact between executive leadership and internal staff
    • Support general office administration and special projects as assigned
    • Ensure accurate handling of confidential and sensitive information
    Qualifications
    • 2–3 years of administrative, office support, or executive assistant experience preferred
    • Bilingual in English and Portuguese (required)
    • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
    • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
