The Schedule for this position is: Monday – Friday, normal business hours, and some Saturday mornings

This position is an on-site training role. Once fully trained, the role will be remote

What is the Length of the assignment: Contract to Hire

The client would prefer the following skill set or experience: 

Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English and have 2+ years of Collections and Bankruptcy experience.

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Account Manager/Bankruptcy opportunity with a Financial Services company in Irving.

The company has a great leadership team, builds long-term relationships, and has a client-centric philosophy.

The Account Manager/Bankruptcy is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of delinquent auto loan accounts, including early-stage and charged-off accounts
  • Handle bankruptcy accounts (Chapter 7, 11, and 13), ensuring compliance with all court filings, trustee requirements, and legal timelines
  • Review and process bankruptcy notices, proof of claims, reaffirmation agreements, and motion filings
  • Communicate with borrowers, attorneys, and trustees to resolve payment arrangements and account status updates
  • Monitor accounts for bankruptcy progression, discharge, dismissal, or conversion and take appropriate action
  • Ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, bankruptcy code, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all account activity and legal correspondence in servicing systems
  • Coordinate with legal, loss mitigation, and recovery teams as needed
  • Identify accounts eligible for repossession, charge-off, or settlement options in accordance with guidelines
  • Provide high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism in sensitive financial situations


Required qualifications for the position include :

  • 2+ years of bankruptcy experience, preferably within auto finance or loan servicing
  • Experience with PACER, bankruptcy tracking systems, or similar tools
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Knowledge of the loan servicing or auto finance industry is highly preferred


Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
