Bilingual 4K Teacher

Our Sullivan learning community is rich in diversity, size, and passion. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach engaging bilingual instruction for 4K students in alignment with developmental and academic goals
• Create an inclusive, responsive classroom environment that honors students' identities and fosters a love for learning
• Use a variety of assessments to monitor student growth and adjust instruction accordingly
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support all areas of student development
• Engage in regular professional learning and school-wide collaboration
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to ongoing school improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Bilingual Education, or a related field
• Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Certification in Early Childhood and Bilingual Education (or willingness to obtain)
• Spanish language proficiency and experience in bilingual/dual-language settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Deep commitment to equity, cultural responsiveness, and child-centered practices
