Biketown Lead Driver

Regular/ Seasonal: Regular

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour, +$1/hr differential for performing lead duties

We are seeking a Leader Driver to join our bike or scooter operations team. As a Lead Driver, you will be responsible for field-based tasks to ensure the effective operation of the system's bike & scooter capacities and station performance. The ideal candidate should have an active driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs.

Duties include: checking system status, bike drops, van maintenance, reviewing driver assignments, prep driver bags, service batteries, monitor communication channels, closing duties, and perform other tasks as assigned.

• Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.
• The ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• The ability to use technology provided by the company.
• A willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round.
• Has reliable access to transportation to and from work.
• Possess a valid and active driver's license.
• The ability to lift 75 lbs.
• The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Shifts needed: Tuesday-Saturday 3PM-11PM, schedule will be 5 days per week till September, it will be 2 days per week with the potential for more after that

Due to the nature of the work performed by the company, team members may be assigned to perform duties outside their responsibilities.
