Job Description

Manage all onsite construction activities from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Maintain project schedules and milestone completion. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Lead subcontractor meetings and site coordination efforts. Monitor manpower, productivity, and site logistics. Maintain daily reports and project documentation. Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout. Communicate effectively with Project Managers and clients. Resolve field challenges proactively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience: 5+ years of Lead Superintendent experience. Ground-up commercial construction background. Experience independently running projects from start to finish. Strong scheduling, quality control, and safety management skills.

Preferred Project Experience: Chick-fil-A construction projects. Walmart renovations. Publix grocery stores. Big Box Retail. Grocery Store Construction. Commercial Retail Developments. Industrial Construction.

Required Traits: Team-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities. Self-starter with a "hustle" mentality. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel Monday through Friday. Ability to maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
