Overview:

Gallagher has an exciting opportunity to join an elite sales enablement team to drive and win new business opportunities and support organizational growth. As an Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager, you will join a high-performing, award-winning, and internationally recognized team. You will be responsible for the governance and bid management of end to end opportunities for Gallagher Benefit Services US. You will be responsible for writing and creating persuasive, engaging proposal content for our magazine-style RFPs and pitches.  Working closely with the Bid Team, Sales Leads, Producers and Design Team, you will ensure best practice and innovation are captured. You will help drive an effective win strategy, and manage the end-to-end pursuit management process.

How you'll make an impact:

RFP Governance and Management:

  • Oversee pre-proposal planning, including qualification calls, kickoff meetings, checkpoint, peer reviews, final submissions, and post-submission debriefs.
  • Draft and edit RFPs, ITTs, PQQs, and proposals, coordinating with technical experts for input.
  • Craft executive summaries that are persuasive, engaging, and utilize storytelling techniques.

Win Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with Sales Leads and Lead Consultants to strategize key themes and differentiators.
  • Develop strategies to secure client opportunities.

Opportunity Qualification:

  • Utilize Gallagher's robust process to ensure bidding on strategically valuable opportunities.

Procurement Governance:

  • Apply writing techniques to maximize scoring based on procurement criteria.

Opportunity Pursuit and Bid Design Collaboration:

  • Support Sales Leads and GBS US service line teams with pre-RFP collateral and proactive proposals.
  • Collaborate with designers to decide on the format and design of responses.

Pitch Delivery and Coaching:

  • Work with the pitch team and design team to create supporting materials.
  • Coach the pitch team on delivery, speech, and scriptwriting.

Opportunity Debriefs and Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct post-RFP and pitch evaluations to gather feedback and perform trend analysis.
  • Contribute to team ideation for innovative client response strategies and identify inefficiencies in the bid process
About you:

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years’ relevant experience in Sales Enablement and/or Product Marketing, Proposals, Operations, Business Process, Program Ownership, and Business Development experience.

Strong understanding of sales concepts, sales processes, sales methodologies

Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Tools
