This is a tremendous opportunity for a motivated person.What were looking forNAC is looking for a Building Intelligence Project Manager to join our driven and dedicated team.Key ResponsibilitiesProject PlanningDevelop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets. Establish project objectives specifications and deliverables.Team CoordinationLead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers technicians contractors and vendors to execute project tasks efficiently Estimating and creating proposals for digital HVAC control systems.Client InteractionServe as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication of project status milestones and any issues that may arise.Risk ManagementIdentify potential project risks and create mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.Quality AssuranceEnsure that projects comply with industry standards regulations and company quality standards.Budget ManagementMonitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Work with accounting to book jobswork orders change orders and financially forecast jobsProgress ReportingPrepare and present regular reports on project status progress and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholdersSubcontractsRequest bids from award and manage subcontracts.Labor Management Management of NAC engineering and technician labor for submittals material order programming graphic development and commissioning.You are our ideal candidate if you love a challenge and experiencing something new every day.
