Establish project objectives specifications and deliverables.Team CoordinationLead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers technicians contractors and vendors to execute project tasks efficiently Estimating and creating proposals for digital HVAC control systems.Client InteractionServe as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication of project status milestones and any issues that may arise.Risk ManagementIdentify potential project risks and create mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.Quality AssuranceEnsure that projects comply with industry standards regulations and company quality standards.Budget ManagementMonitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
