As a key player in our manufacturing facility, you will facilitate training programs in both English and Spanish, ensuring all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
## Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs focused on production optimization and efficiency.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff in both English and Spanish.
Monitor and assess training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with production management to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Facilitate workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance team skills.
Serve as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking employees to foster a cohesive work environment.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in production optimization and production planning & scheduling.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
