Bi-Lingual Onsite Supervisor— Durham, NC 

 

Adecco is hiring a Bi-Lingual Onsite Supervisor to support our client in Durham, NC. In this role, Bi-Lingual Onsite Supervisors are responsible for ensuring shift operations are run efficiently through the optimization of resources and time with an emphasis on safety.  Supervisors are tasked to have good attitudes, build positive working relationships, have a high degree of accountability, and follow-up. 

 

Pay & Location 

 

• Pay Rate: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour  

• Work Location: Durham, NC 

 

What You’ll Do 

 

• Supervisor Daily Checklist 

• Communicating with associates and clients 

• Coaching 

• Safety Walks 

 

Qualifications 

 

• 1–2 years of experience 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• Valid Driver’s License 

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. 

• Working knowledge of professional office practices and procedures 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet browser and Social Media platforms 

• Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and implement operating procedures and instructions (Fluent in English and Spanish) 

• Proficiency & experience with data entry 

• Familiarity with basic web searches, database queries 

• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel, general public in a professional and effective manner 

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects 

• Demonstrated ability to sustain strong attention to detail and execute complex instructions with precision 
   

 

Schedule:  

 

• Monday – Friday: 6pm to 3am 

• Weekends and holidays as needed 

• Must have availability to train on 1st shift
