A new and growing organization in the Triad is seeking a Bi-Lingual HR Manager (Spanish) to lead and support a wide range of human resources initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being a hands-on business partner, supporting employees and leadership while helping drive organizational growth and compliance.

As the HR Manager, you will oversee key HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits, compliance, training, and policy development. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of an organization. Based on the provided position summary and responsibilities, the role supports employment activities, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, payroll, recruiting, and HR program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leadership teams.

  • Lead employee relations efforts, including addressing workplace concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.

  • Administer payroll processes, maintain HRIS records, and support employee compensation and benefits inquiries.

  • Coordinate annual open enrollment and benefits administration activities.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Maintain employee records, organizational charts, job descriptions, and HR reporting.

  • Support training initiatives and employee development programs.

  • Assist with policy creation, handbook updates, and organizational change initiatives.

  • Conduct HR audits and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and HR best practices.

  • Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining confidential employee information.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and have worked in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
