Bi-Lingual HR Generalist (Spanish)

A growing manufacturing organization in the Triad is partnering with our recruitment team to identify a Bi-Lingual HR Generalist (Spanish) who can support a dynamic workforce and serve as a key resource for employees and leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a hands-on role and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting HR operations within a manufacturing setting and possess strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish. This position offers broad exposure to employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR process improvement. Responsibilities include recruiting, employee relations, payroll administration, benefits support, compliance activities, onboarding, training, and HR program administration.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day human resources operations across the facility.
Serve as a primary HR contact for Spanish-speaking and English-speaking employees.
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HRIS data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll processing and respond to employee questions regarding compensation and benefits.
Assist with open enrollment, benefits administration, and employee leave matters.
Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Coordinate training initiatives and support employee development programs.
Assist with HR audits, reporting, handbook updates, and organizational projects.
Partner with managers to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention efforts.
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Previous Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and compliance initiatives.
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hourly and production workforce populations.
Exposure to safety programs, workforce training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
