Bilingual Auto Glass Sales Representative

Auto Glass Express is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Auto Glass Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, repair facilities, dealerships, and vendors.

Responsibilities

•  Assist customers in both English and Spanish 
•  Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries 
•  Sell auto glass products and related services 
•  Build and maintain strong customer relationships 
•  Coordinate appointments, pricing, and order details 
•  Follow up on leads and pending jobs 
•  Communicate with insurance companies and fleet accounts 
•  Work closely with warehouse and installation teams 
•  Maintain accurate customer information and sales records 
•  Help achieve company sales and customer service goals 

Qualifications

•  Fluent in English and Spanish required 
•  Sales or customer service experience preferred 
•  Auto glass industry experience is a plus, but not required 
•  Strong communication and multitasking skills 
•  Positive attitude and professional appearance 
•  Basic computer and phone skills 
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
•  Dependable and team-oriented
