What your future day will look like:

• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Power BI and Cognos Analytics.
• Build and maintain data models that support reporting across multiple business functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, reporting requirements, and key performance indicators.
• Optimize reporting performance through data modeling, query tuning, and governance best practices.
• Validate data quality, support regulatory reporting, and maintain reporting documentation.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on integrations, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics initiatives.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of BI or data analytics experience and 3+ years supporting insurance-related data and reporting.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Cognos Analytics, SQL, data modeling, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with Azure, ETL tools, Guidewire data, and enterprise analytics environments is preferred.
