Job Title: UKG BI Reporting Developer

Location: remote

Pay Rate: $55-67/hr

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a UKG BI Reporting Developer for an organization developing advanced people analytics capabilities in UKG which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in custom reporting, talent analytics, and data integration looking to further their career in HR technology.

  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards within UKG Pro/Dimensions focused on people analytics (succession planning, talent development, recruiting, onboarding)
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot reports with critical thinking, and ideate on new reporting solutions
  • Optimize data workflows and integrations while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance
  • Provide training and documentation to support end-user adoption

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining custom reports in UKG Pro, with demonstrated expertise in people analytics (succession, talent development, recruiting, onboarding)
  • Strong proficiency with UKG Cognos Analytics, BI reporting tools, and data integration tools (ETL, API integrations); solid understanding of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition data models
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • SQL experience for data querying and transformation
  • Background in manufacturing or large enterprise environments
  • Industrial psychology or talent development background
