Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician-founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving Southern California since 2010.
We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our San Diego County partner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.
- Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.
- Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.
- Equipped to manage all aspects of psychiatric care, including consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, and related patient care.
Position Details and Qualifications:
- Will be supporting Paradise Valley Hospital in San Diego, CA.
- Full-time coverage of the Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) only.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with at least one weekend per month.
- Will see approximately 20 patients per day.
- Salary Package: $385,000–$400,000 annually.
- Sign-on Bonus available.
- California medical license required.
- Preferred start date: As soon as possible.
- 1099 Independent Contractor preferred, but open to W2 employment.
