StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Behavioral Health PMHNP for a leading national physician services organization in a SNF setting in Evansville, IN.

Position Highlights:- Provide psychiatric medication management to SNF residents
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations, follow-up med-checks, and behavioral consultations
- Manage depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, dementia-related behaviors, BPSD, and substance-use disorders
- Collaborate with attending physicians, psychologists, nursing, social work, and pharmacy on integrated care
- Provide staff education on de-escalation, behavior plans, and Beers-criteria prescribing
Qualifications:- MSN or DNP with PMHNP board certification (ANCC)
- Active state APRN license with full prescriptive authority and DEA
- Experience in geriatric psychiatry / long-term care strongly preferred
- Comfort managing complex polypharmacy, dementia-related behaviors, and antipsychotic stewardship
- Active state license (or eligible) and DEA where applicable
