Essential Job Functions:
- Greets guests at the table.
- Takes food and beverage order.
- Responds to guest questions regarding food preparation and menu.
- Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption
- Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines.
- Serves food and beverages.
- Directs bus person and assists as needed in the clearing of tables.
- Completes required side work.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years high volume food service experience required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage order processing systems.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, frequently required to stoop and kneel.
- Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions.
