Beverage Production Operator (Mixer/Filler)

Job Summary
Operate and monitor beverage filling equipment to ensure products are mixed, filled, and packaged according to quality and food safety standards. This role supports production goals through equipment operation, quality checks, basic troubleshooting, and accurate recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor beverage filling and production equipment.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to production specifications.
- Set up equipment and make adjustments as needed.
- Monitor filling operations to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Perform quality inspections and document production results.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report larger concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
- Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures.
- Work with team members to support production goals and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of manufacturing, production, food processing, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Experience operating filling, batching, mixing, packaging
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow recipes, specifications, and operating procedures.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Experience in beverage, food, or high-speed manufacturing environments is preferred but not required
