Beverage Packaging Line Technician

PrideStaff is hiring a dependable, team-minded technician to support a high-energy beverage production operation in Bend, Oregon. You’ll help transform great recipes into perfectly packaged drinks by keeping bottling, canning, and kegging lines running safely and smoothly.

A day in this role

Your shift kicks off with equipment checks and line setup, then moves into steady production where you’ll rotate across stations. You’ll keep a keen eye on labeling, capping, and sealing quality, clear the occasional jam, and document what runs through the line. When it’s time to switch products, you’ll execute a clean changeover and, at day’s end, perform a thorough chemical clean (PPE provided) so the next run starts flawlessly.

Core tasks you’ll handle

  • Operate across bottling, canning, and kegging lines; complete equipment setups, teardowns, and product changeovers per SOPs.
  • Continuously monitor for faults, safely clear machine jams, and spot-check packages to ensure perfect labels, caps, and seals.
  • Perform daily intensive cleaning with approved chemicals (PPE provided) and rigorously follow Food Safety, GMP, and general safety standards.
  • Stage materials, move finished goods, and maintain accurate logs and batch tickets throughout the shift.

Schedule & Pay

  • Day Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $20/hr
  • Night Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $23/hr

What helps you succeed

  • Prior production/manufacturing exposure is a plus; a strong desire to learn is essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals and to write basic routine reports.
  • Comfort working in a loud, fast-moving, hands-on environment and meeting production demands under pressure.
  • Stamina to stand and stay active on your feet for a full 12-hour shift.
