Responsibilities:
  • Develop, curate, and manage all beverage programs including cocktail menus, wine lists, beer selections, and non-alcoholic offerings
  • Oversee beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary goals
  • Train, mentor, and lead bar staff on beverage knowledge, service standards, and mixology techniques
  • Collaborate with culinary team to create food and beverage pairings that enhance the guest experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and brand representatives
  • Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative, seasonal, and locally inspired beverage concepts
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Beverage Director, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, craft cocktails, and beer programs
  • Proven experience with beverage cost management, inventory control, and vendor negotiations
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience training bar staff
  • Sommelier certification, WSET, or equivalent beverage education preferred
  • Valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
