Position: Clinical Coordinator
Reports to: Academy Director

Purpose of Position:
This is a full-time, 37.5-hour per week exempt position. The Clinical Coordinator/BCBA provides leadership and supervision to the Benhaven employees assigned to the Wallingford School District. This position is responsible for behavioral assessment, Positive Behavior Supports programming, staff training, monitoring, and writing reports for students in the district school, staff development, and student support services. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the students, staff, and behavioral programming of the Wallingford classrooms. The Clinical Coordinator/BCBA also provides behavioral consultation and administrative support to the Academy as requested by the Academy Director.
This role is responsible for ensuring that behavioral practices are evidence-based, proactive, and aligned with Benhaven's mission and educational philosophy.
The Clinical Coordinator/BCBA provides up to 25 hours per week of direct behavioral consultation and support for the Benhaven students the Wallingford district. The position also supports administrative responsibilities related to the Wallingford district and provides consultation to the Academy as requested.
The Clinical Coordinator collaborates with students, families, staff, district personnel, and outside professionals to support positive student outcomes and a consistent behavioral framework across programs. The Clinical Coordinator reports directly to the Academy Director and works collaboratively with both Wallingford and Academy leadership to support program quality, staff development, and continuous improvement.
