Benefits Specialist
Mystic, CT | Fully Onsite
Our client is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join their team. This role will support the administration of employee benefit programs and serve as a resource for benefit-related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with benefits administration and employee enrollments
- Support open enrollment and benefits-related processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Respond to employee questions regarding available benefits
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams as needed
- Help ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in benefits administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus
Compensation & Schedule:
- Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
