We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to support an upcoming Open Enrollment project. The ideal candidate will have prior experience administering employee benefit programs, assisting with enrollment activities, and providing outstanding employee support throughout the benefits enrollment process.
Responsibilities
Support all aspects of the annual Open Enrollment process
Assist employees with benefit elections, enrollment changes, and related inquiries
Process and audit benefit enrollments to ensure accuracy
Maintain employee benefits records and HRIS data
Communicate benefit plan information, deadlines, and eligibility requirements to employees
Partner with insurance carriers, vendors, and internal HR teams to resolve benefit-related issues
Research and troubleshoot employee benefits questions
Assist with benefits reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities
Qualifications
2+ years of benefits administration experience required
Previous Open Enrollment experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefit programs
Experience working within HRIS and benefits administration systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large employee populations
Familiarity with Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, or similar HRIS platforms
Experience with benefits audits and reconciliations
Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
