This position combines customer service, benefits administration, problem-solving, and compliance to deliver a positive and seamless experience throughout the teammate lifecycle.

    This position is based in Temple, Texas. Candidates should reside within a 50-minute commute of the Temple area to support on-site collaboration and business needs.

    What You'll Do:

    • Serve as a trusted benefits resource for teammates, providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
    • Assist teammates with benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, benefit changes, and related questions.
    • Monitor and respond to benefits hotline and mailbox inquiries while documenting resolutions and maintaining excellent service standards.
    • Review and validate benefit documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with plan requirements.
    • Partner with carriers, vendors, third-party administrators, and internal teams to resolve benefit questions, claims issues, and enrollment discrepancies.
    • Process benefit enrollments and changes accurately and efficiently to maintain complete and accurate teammate records.
    • Interpret and apply benefit plan documents, Summary Plan Descriptions, carrier materials, and eligibility guidelines to provide clear, accurate guidance.
    • Maintain confidential teammate information and uphold the highest standards of data integrity.
    • Support audits, reporting activities, invoice preparation, and ongoing benefits administration processes.
    • Assist with teammate communications, education initiatives, open enrollment activities, and special People Department projects.

    What We're Looking For:

    • High school diploma or GED. Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of human resources administration experience required.
    • Experience reviewing and interpreting Summary Plan Descriptions, benefit certificates, eligibility requirements, plan provisions, carrier guidance, and related benefits materials.
    • Strong customer-service mindset with a genuine desire to help teammates and deliver exceptional support.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with teammates, leaders, vendors, carriers, and third-party administrators.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research, investigate, and resolve complex issues.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
    • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
