AO Globe Life is seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to assist clients with understanding life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. You will work remotely with individuals and families, complete needs-based consultations, and provide clear information that helps clients make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments

• Learn about client goals, needs, and coverage priorities

• Assist clients with understanding their options

• Provide professional follow-up and ongoing support

• Maintain accurate client records

• Participate in team training and mentorship programs
