Benefits Eligibility Clerk (Retiree)

What you'll be doing...

As an eligibility clerk for our Accounting & Eligibility team, you will be responsible for:

• Review retiree applications, determine eligibility, and establish new retiree accounts in accordance with applicable Trust requirements and eligibility provisions
• Maintain retiree accounts by processing monthly updates, adjustments, balances, terminations, refunds, and other account changes
• Maintain accurate retiree data and prepare spreadsheets and reports
• Identify and resolve account discrepancies
