Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing technology company in Palm Beach Gardens, is seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused Benefits Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA, and retirement plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and provide timely resolution to benefit-related issues.
Coordinate and facilitate new hire benefit enrollments and annual open enrollment processes.
Process benefit changes related to qualifying life events and employment status changes.
Maintain accurate employee benefit records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systems.
Reconcile benefit invoices and work with payroll to ensure accurate deductions.
Partner with benefit brokers, carriers, and vendors to resolve issues and improve employee experience.
Assist with compliance requirements, including ACA reporting, COBRA administration, and other applicable regulations.
Generate reports and analyze benefits data to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
Support additional HR projects and employee engagement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR, or a related role.
Strong understanding of employee benefit plans and benefits administration processes.
Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and other benefits-related regulations preferred.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
