Job Description SummaryThe Benefits Analyst supports the administration, and analysis of U.S. and global benefit programs to enhance the employee experience and align with the company's total rewards philosophy. This role focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and data‑driven insights to ensure competitive and cost‑effective benefits offerings. The analyst collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to maintain accurate systems, resolve employee inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister health and welfare benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) and ensure accurate enrollment and eligibility.Serve as a subject matter expert for Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and claims.Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) and support audits.Partner with vendors and carriers to resolve issues, monitor service levels, and ensure accurate data exchange.Assist in benchmarking benefits against industry standards and support recommendations for program enhancements.Develop employee communications and resources to promote understanding and engagement with benefits programs.Respond to escalated employee inquiries and provide guidance on complex benefit issues.Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to maintain and optimize benefits systems and self‑service tools.Support wellness initiatives and contribute to global benefits projects as needed.Identify process improvements to streamline administration and enhance employee experience.Experience and QualificationsMinimum 2‑4 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis.Knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience working with HR systems (Workday or similar) and benefits administration platforms.Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; professional certification (CEBS or similar) preferred.Annual salary range for this position is between $73,000.00 - $90,000.00 gross before taxes.BenefitsUnlimited vacation time as well as paid holidays and sick timeHealth and wellness coverage options for Rocketeers and dependentsLife and disability coverageFidelity 401(k) and Roth retirement savings with matching contributionsMonthly student debt benefit programTuition reimbursement and certificate reimbursement program opportunitiesLeadership and skills training opportunitiesEOE M/F/Vet/Disability.
