Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is looking for a temp to hire Benefits Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the LOA process: coordinate leaves with HR, Workday, Payroll and leave of absence vendor, perform benefit reconciliations (ensure benefit premium payments are paid when an employee is out on leave), and ensure compliancy (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • Support all business units with benefits-related inquiries and processes in Canada
  • Be the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues for Corrosion Protection (US)
  • Act as a Benefits administrator in Workday (make changes, approve eligibility, make corrections, terminate benefits)
  • Coordinates with Matrix, HR at their locations, and with Payroll
  • Uses judgement and technical knowledge about FMLA/ADA to evaluate and resolve issues and ensure appropriate leave classification
  • Provides customer support, research cases and find root causes, and takes action to fix them, including getting in contact with vendors and providers
  • Provides customer support for Canadian employees, research cases and find root causes for benefits issues, and takes action to fix them including getting in contact with vendors and providers
  • Documents processes, performs analysis, and creates reports on existing employee benefits data and market trends
  • Other duties as assigned by management
