- Prepare for and participate in client meetings, renewal presentations, stewardship meetings, and open enrollment meetings.
- Collaborate with internal analysts, benefit specialists, and service teams to ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to improve clients' benefit programs, employee experience, and overall cost management.

- Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.

What Our Client Is Looking For
Our client is looking for someone who combines strong technical benefits knowledge with excellent client management skills. This person should be proactive, anticipate client needs, take ownership of the renewal and service process, and be comfortable supporting sophisticated employers with complex benefit programs.
The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy being part of an organization that takes a consultative approach to employee benefits rather than simply managing transactions and renewals.
