NOW HIRING – BENCH ASSEMBLER
Location: Cleveland, OH 44113
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Champion Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Assembler for a manufacturing company located in Cleveland, Ohio. This is primarily a bench assembly position that involves using hand and power tools to assemble products and components.
The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with both standard and small components.
Job Responsibilities
Perform bench assembly of products using hand and power tools.
Assemble various components according to instructions and specifications.
Work with small parts such as washers, screws, and other detailed components.
Perform precise finger assembly requiring good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow established assembly procedures and production standards.
Job Requirements
Previous experience assembling products is required.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed assembly tasks.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
