Transports the luggage and belongings of Hotel guests in a prompt and courteous manner while providing exceptional guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acknowledges, greets, and converses with guests who need assistance with their baggage upon arrival
- Assists arriving guests by carefully removing baggage from vehicle
- Transports guest luggage to the room assigned after registration process is complete
- Picks up guests' luggage upon departure and transports to form of transportation or delivers for storage
- Informs guest of the Hotel's facilities and services available
- Must have knowledge of all services available on property to accurately and clearly communicate information to guests
- Assists guest with room changes while maintaining room key security
- Completes required room slip information and submits to Supervisor as required
- Participates in maintaining a safe, clean work environment, including but not limited to organizing work space, sanitizing and cleaning carts, picking up trash and used drinking cups in hotel lobby on an ongoing basis throughout the shift.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
- Professional appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
- Ability to work well with team members and supervisory staff
- A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment
Preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience
