Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Join a mission-driven outpatient program where you’ll support individuals on their path to recovery from substance use. As a Behavioral Technician (internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician Outpatient), you'll be an essential part of a compassionate care team, helping clients build stability and strength through structure, education, and support during Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients by facilitating group education sessions and promoting daily structure
  • Provide supervision and ensure safety during program hours
  • Assist with client transportation to and from services
  • Document services accurately and timely using both paper and electronic systems
  • Participate in team meetings and staff trainings
  • Respond appropriately to client needs, including crisis situations

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

HS Diploma, GED/HISET (preferred)
Valid, unrestricted driver's license required

You’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You: 
  • Can obtain and maintain a Missouri Class E driver’s license within 60 days of hire
  • Are comfortable driving clients as a regular part of the job
  • Communicate effectively, stay organized, and bring positive energy to your team
