Behavioral Technician (BT) – Job Posting Full-Time | ASD Waiver Services | In-Home & Community-Based We are seeking a reliable and motivated Behavioral Technician (BT) to serve as a Life Skills Coach (LSC)/Community Mentor and Job Coach for individuals receiving Connecticut ASD Waiver services. This is a full-time, direct-support role providing in-home and community-based services to multiple clients.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values consistency and structure, and understands the importance of following individualized plans and professional boundaries. Covering Naugatuck, Wallingford, Chesire, Westbrook, and Clinton areas.
