Description:

We are actively hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students’ behavioral, social, and academic growth for the 2026–2027 academic year.


Position Summary
A Behavior Technician provides direct behavioral and instructional support to help students build the skills they need to succeed. In this role, you’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment while implementing behavior plans and supporting student growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one‑on‑one behavioral assistance to a student with autism, following individualized intervention plans.
  • Support the student in managing behaviors such as elopement and occasional aggression using approved strategies.
  • Work closely with teachers, aides, and related service providers to ensure consistent behavioral and instructional approaches.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, behavioral data, and incident reports.
  • Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Autism preferred, especially in school or behavioral‑health settings.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional during high‑stress situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Consistent punctuality and dependability are essential.
