\nAll work will be performed in-person at one office location, under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst and Studio Director.

\nSummary/Objective
\nDrawing on prior experience and RBT certification, the Behavioral Support & Career Technician at Exceptional Minds plays a key role in fostering behavioral wellness and a supportive studio/workplace environment for Artists. The ideal candidate will observe workplace dynamics, facilitate behavioral support and skills training, and provide guidance to Artists navigating social and/or behavioral challenges. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Director of Studio Programs, the Behavioral Support & Career Technician will collaborate closely with staff to help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and effective studio environment aligned with Exceptional Minds’ mission and values.

\nThe Behavioral Support & Career Technician advances the Exceptional Minds mission by providing the behavioral and wellness support that allows Artists to engage fully in their career development. Through individualized support, proactive wellness programming, and cross-team collaboration, this role helps ensure EM Artists have the stability and resources needed to grow in their talent and advocate for themselves in the creative industry.
