The BCBA will conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results. The BCBA will participate in the preparation of Behavior Intervention Plans, teach others to carry out effective behavior interventions based on published research, and design and deliver instruction in behavior analysis. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Certification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Masters Degree or higher. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to include the ability to work with teachers, administrators and other stakeholders. Experience working in a school setting preferred.
