BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Northside Behavioral Health Facility.

Job Responsibilities: The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for:

• Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group, and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient.
• Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintaining appropriate documentation.
• Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services, and is knowledgeable about community resources.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Masters prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.
• Certification/License: BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Experience: 2 years clinical related experience or 9-month internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Masters in Social Work, Psychology, or Related Field.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience with Masters.
• Licenses: LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health), or LCSW (Social Work).
