The Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center is recruiting for a full-time licensed behavioral health professional to provide mental health and substance use therapy in the Woodland Behavioral Health - Adult Therapy Clinic. This position is a non-supervisory position that will provide direct therapy services through individual, couples, and group modalities. We are looking for a passionate, caring, creative, trauma-informed clinician who utilizes a wide range of therapeutic interventions within their treatment practice. The position requires strong crisis assessment and management skills, skilled experience working with trauma, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide culturally appropriate approaches to treatment for the Urban Native American community as well as the diverse community surrounding. Clinicians who thrive in a team-oriented environment, are hard-working, geared toward professional growth, have strong experience with trauma treatment, and are flexible by nature will find this position rewarding.
