This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building positive relationships, and helping others achieve recovery goals. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll play an important role in providing structure, encouragement, and support to individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment services.
Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating educational and recovery-focused groups, assisting with client transportation, conducting urine drug screens (UAs), and helping maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. You'll work alongside counselors, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the behavioral health field.

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment services. No two days are exactly alike, and you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact throughout each shift.
OR
• Experience in behavioral health, human services, healthcare, customer service, education, residential care, recovery services, direct support, or other people-focused fields
• Experience facilitating groups or working with individuals experiencing substance use or mental health challenges
