Your ImpactIn this vital role, you will directly support our clients' recovery journeys. You will maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment during the essential day shift.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure Safety: Patrol campus perimeters and residential dorms regularly.
- Monitor Wellbeing: Observe client behaviors and track daily activities closely.
- Support Clinical Teams: Report health or safety concerns to clinicians immediately.
- Build Life Skills: Assist clients with daily living habits and hygiene.
- Provide Encouragement: Offer positive reinforcement to motivate clients daily.
- Maintain Documentation: Complete shift logs and incident reports accurately using computers.

What You Bring- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of BHT experience preferred.
- Specialization: Background working with substance abuse populations preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using basic computer software and digital logs.
- Traits: Strong interpersonal boundaries, adaptability, and deep empathy.
