POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for enhancing the abilities of clients to lead self-determined lives by providing the necessary support and information for them to implement their rehabilitation / treatment plans in a collaborative and expeditious manner. POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse (RN) functions as a clinical member of the multidisciplinary team and provides recovery oriented treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients enrolled in the ACT program.
