Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Transitional Living Housing Specialist

Our Transitional Living (TLP) Housing Specialist monitors our participants' physical and emotional well-being and addresses identified needs. This position collaborates with participants to identify, obtain, and/or maintain safe and affordable independent housing, teaches independent living skills, and may observe participants' self-administration of medications.
