In this pivotal role, you will:
Conduct mental health assessments & crisis counseling for unaccompanied minors
Observe & assess child well-being in a facility setting
Provide trauma-informed care & intervention strategies
Engage with at-risk youth to promote emotional healing and resilience
Collaborate with facility staff to ensure child safety and well-being
Advocate for those who need it most
Who We Need:
Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
Experience working with at-risk youth & trauma survivors
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
