Position Summary
As a Behavioral Health Specialist in our Inpatient Psychiatry Units in Boston or Waltham, MA, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting our patients.

This position is eligible for a $3,000 sign-on for Behavioral Health Specialists with 1 or more years of related Behavioral Health experience. (Internal candidates and former BCH employees who have worked at BCH in the past 2 years are not eligible).
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
