A Behavioral Health Nursing Manager opportunity is available at a 280-bed acute care facility with a 124-bed behavioral health unit, located in West Palm Beach, FL. The hospital offers mental health and wellness services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

The role. The Behavioral Health Nursing Manager leads nursing operations across a large inpatient behavioral health unit serving a broad patient population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. This role carries responsibility for the day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of the unit, ensuring safe, effective care delivery across all age groups. The manager guides and supports nursing staff in maintaining clinical standards and a therapeutic environment, while also coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes. This is a leadership position requiring both clinical expertise in behavioral health and the ability to direct a sizable nursing team within an acute care setting.

What we're looking for.

• Associate Degree
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Fingerprint required

Schedule. Full-time, days, no weekends.

Compensation. $38.52 - $55.20/hr
