Qualified candidates will have the following experience and credentials:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college/university.
- Independent clinical licensure required (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LPC, LP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation. Credentialed with insurance panels is preferred.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Valant experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication, ability to model stable and appropriate clinical boundaries, and comfort working with diverse populations.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Maintain a full-time caseload requirement of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their individual goals.
- Coordinate client care with case managers, families, medical professionals, school staff, and internal team members as needed.
- Complete clinical evaluations, diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and ongoing case notes according to company policy and protocol.
- Provide exceptional client care while collaborating with a dynamic team dedicated to destigmatizing mental health.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and required training sessions.
